Today I learned, to my surprise, that NM doesn't allow write-in votes. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to vote for my preferred candidate. Today my vote didn't count. I'm going to work to change that.
Not even as a provisional ballot? In this state they hold on to ballots for 7 years (I think).
